Celebrating the legacy gems of the St Louis culinary and cocktail scene, The Gin Room is utilizing their 10 Year Anniversary to celebrate the vibrancy of St Louis showcasing collaborations with some of the best minds and rising stars of St Louis legacy ethnic restaurants reinventing a modern vision of their cuisine.

On Monday February 19th, Chef Owner Michael Ly & Mixologist Mixed By Eddie join with the Gin Room Team to create an inspired menu of collaborative cocktails and culinary provisions showcasing not only the spirit of gin, but also highlight Vietnamese cuisine in both the cocktails and the food!
