The evening will also pay special tribute to the legendary Cuvée Frédéric Émile, alongside celebrated expressions of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Gewurztraminer, offering a comprehensive exploration of the estate’s range, philosophy, and legacy.
At the heart of the experience stands the iconic Clos Sainte Hune—a wine of near-mythical stature. Featured at the dinner in a perfect-scoring vintage, it is widely regarded as one of the greatest expressions ever produced, not only by Trimbach, but in all of Alsace.
